excellent hotel very clean excellent food all staff friendly .went for 5 days ;came back booked straight away for a week in october ;we come to benidorm at least three times a year have done for over 20 years and we give this hotel 100% the best ever x

nothing 2 dislike my husband is disabled and the layout is excellent for him.

we both liked the hotel very much.very stylish indeed.the staff were all very friendly and helpful.the rooms were the best i have stayed in in spain and would stay here again for sure

the day after we arrived large numbers of spanish people arrived which we enjoyed very much,as we met some really nice people however after there fiesta weekend had indeed ended the standards in the restaurant slipped dramatically.being a chef myself i fully understand the problems may arise due to a drop in occupancy ie choices etc,but the quality of the food offered should never be compromised.unfortunatly in this case it was so with regret i give you this negative point
